The Dark Knight has started the test screening process prior to its July release, and may be hitting problems. Some audience members have expressed discomfort at scenes involving the Joker [spoiler] pretending to be dead and lying in a body bag [end spoiler], feeling that the scene is in poor taste following Heath Ledger's death.
Warner Brothers are apparently now giving consideration to trimming the offending scenes prior to release.
